Shipping Within Australia

Shipping is free with all orders over $99, for all other orders there is a flat rate charge of $8.95. 

Orders are processed on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order which will act as an invoice and proof of purchase.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box. We strongly advise shipping your order to a secure location, once delivered to correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order, all orders will receive an email with tracking information once shipped.

 Shipping times vary depending on your location in Australia.

 Typically:
-Metro areas 2-5 days
-Regional areas 5-7 business days

Claims will only be accepted within 31 days from date of purchase.
