Our perfumes are crafted with a balance of artistry and high quality ingredients. We use a blend of natural and essential oils where possible and skin safe synthetics certified under IFRA standards.

Are your perfumes unisex?
Yes! Our fragrances are designed to be worn by anyone who resonates with the scent. Each scent is carefully blended to complement different skin types, creating a personal and unique experience.
How do I choose the right perfume for me and do you offer sample sizes?
If you’re unsure which fragrance suits you best, we recommend exploring our Discovery set that includes all five of our fragrances in 3ml vials. This allows you to experience each scent before committing to a full bottle.
Are your perfumes long-lasting?
Yes! Thanks to our 25% oil base, Our perfumes are highly concentrated and last between 8 to 12+ hours on the skin, with some lingering even longer on clothing.
What ingredients do you use in your perfumes?
We use a blend of natural and essential oils where possible and safe skin synthetics, all compliant with IFRA (international fragrance association) standards. Our perfumes are 100% vegan, free from parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dyes, ensuring a safe and high-quality fragrance experience.
Are your perfumes natural cruelty-free, or vegan?
Yes! Our perfumes are 100% vegan and cruelty free. We never test on animals, and our formulas are free from any animal- derived ingredients.
Do your perfumes contain alcohol?
Yes, we use sugarcane alcohol as our base. It provides a clean, skin friendly application while allowing the fragrance to develop beautifully.
Are your fragrances hypoallergenic?
Our perfumes are formulated with safety in mind, avoiding common irritants like parabens, phthalates, and synthetic dye. However, as with any fragrance, we recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
How should I store my perfume to maintain its quality?
To keep your perfume in perfect condition, store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid leaving it in the car or near windows, as extreme temperatures can alter the fragrance.
Why does my perfume smell different on my skin than in the bottle?
Your skin's pH, body chemistry, and temperature can subtly alter how a perfume smells. This makes fragrance a personal and unique experience for everyone. We recommend wearing it for a few hours to see how it develops on your skin.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Sydney, Australia and ship all orders domestically.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within Australia but hope to expand internationally in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Regional areas: 5-7 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us at info@harloweparfum.com.au as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer modify it.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you’re unsure about a scent, we recommend trying our Discovery set first.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging our perfumes, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@harloweparfum.com.au within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement.
